Price of copper has jumped from £ 4.54 /kg to £ 4.90 / kg in a month as stocks fell from 145 kT to 130 kT. This shows the demand is currently outpacing supply and I expect the global price of copper to continue climbing until supply increases.

Copper has increased in value by 5% this month, while stocks remain at their lowest since my records began in 2008. Even a small increase in demand while stocks are so low will impact prices.
